For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the zk7apk website accessible at zk7apk.net, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, sub-pages, game interfaces, and customer support systems operated by zk7apk.
• "Member" or "User" means any individual who has successfully completed account registration on the Platform and whose account remains active and in good standing.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member, identified by a unique username and password, through which the Member accesses the Platform's services and maintains a balance denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Balance" means the aggregate amount of funds held in a Member's Account, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), comprising deposited funds, credited winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all betting and gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot machine games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and poker tournaments.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by zk7apk to a Member's Account, subject to the Bonus Terms detailed in Clause 5.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that a Member must place using bonus funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification" or "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process through which zk7apk confirms a Member's eligibility to use the Platform, as described in Clause 3.
• "W IB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone used for all Platform operating references, draw schedules, and customer support hours.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of zk7apk, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, cyberattacks, or third-party payment provider failures.

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. zk7apk enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming principles applicable to the Indonesia market. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only — not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of zk7apk or its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform under Clause 8 or Clause 12 of these Terms.
• You understand and accept that online gambling involves inherent financial risk, and you are participating voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose.
• You are not acting under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all such accounts being permanently closed and all balances therein forfeited without compensation.

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify zk7apk promptly of any changes via the support channels listed in Clause 15.

Identity Verification (KYC): zk7apk operates a mandatory KYC program. Before processing your first withdrawal — or at any point zk7apk deems appropriate for compliance purposes — you will be required to submit documentation including, but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National ID card / KTP, or passport).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Bank account details matching your registered name for withdrawal processing through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, or Bank Permata, or e-wallet account details for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of request will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Your Account credentials — username and password — are personal and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. zk7apk accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

All Account balances on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is applied; there are no third-party FX fees charged by zk7apk. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees independently, for which zk7apk accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Indonesian bank transfer — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP.
• Indonesian e-wallets — OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within three (3) minutes of successful payment confirmation. zk7apk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, bank processing windows, or network outages constituting a Force Majeure event.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case an alternative verified method may be used. Standard withdrawal processing time is under ten (10) minutes for amounts below the manual review threshold. Withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds are subject to additional compliance review and may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is approved:

• KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily (see Clause 3).
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to any credited bonus have been fulfilled (see Clause 5).
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the available withdrawable balance (deposited funds plus cleared winnings, less any pending wagering requirements).
• No active fraud investigation or account review is underway.

zk7apk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, consistent with our anti-money laundering obligations.

zk7apk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• One bonus per Member per promotion: Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts or through any other means constitute fraud and will result in account termination.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires cumulative qualifying wagers of at least Rp 1.000.000 to be placed.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all Games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Sportsbook pre-match and live bets typically contribute 100%. Slot games contribute at varying rates depending on the title. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Togel bets contribute at a rate specified per promotion.
• Minimum Odds: Sportsbook bets placed to fulfil a wagering requirement must meet any minimum odds threshold specified in the promotion. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a shorter period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated unclaimed winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse Detection: zk7apk employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk. Where abuse is detected, zk7apk reserves the right to void the bonus, remove any associated winnings, and close the Account.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. zk7apk does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed and acknowledged by the Platform's systems, except in the following circumstances:

• A manifest pricing error (also referred to as a "palpable error") has been identified, where the odds displayed were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human data-entry fault.
• The event or market to which the bet relates has been cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority.
• The Platform experiences a verifiable technical fault that prevented the Member from cancelling or modifying a bet within an expected window.

In cases of manifest error, zk7apk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Member's Account balance as non-bonus funds, without any obligation to honour winnings calculated at the erroneous odds.

Sportsbook Rules: All sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are governed by the individual market rules displayed at the point of bet placement. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win; a single void selection typically results in the leg being removed and the bet recalculated on remaining selections per standard parlay rules.

Live Casino Rules: Games powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by the official rules of each respective game title as presented within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game round, the outcome determined by the live dealer studio's system is final.

Slots: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant licensed game studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Togel: Togel draw results are sourced directly from the respective official pool operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney). You agree to:

We reserve the right to lock an Account and require additional identity verification when suspicious activity is detected, as a protective measure in your interest.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to manage your spend. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

zk7apk enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all transactions reversed where possible, and winnings forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting another person in opening an Account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any portion of the Platform's software, odds data, or game content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward any member of the zk7apk support team.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the zk7apk name, logo, design elements, page layouts, written content, odds data, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of zk7apk or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of zk7apk.

Game content — including slot titles, live casino interfaces, and game mathematics — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others) and is licensed to zk7apk for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised use of game content is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk7apk's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zk7apk shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome histories.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss resulting from maintenance, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Any third-party payment provider failures, delays, or errors affecting deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination by Member: You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via the channels listed in Clause 15. Upon verified closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (deposited funds and cleared winnings not subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Termination by zk7apk: zk7apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the circumstances — for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including Clause 9 (Prohibited Conduct).
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member under Clause 8.
• An instruction from a regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, zk7apk reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in full. Where closure is for administrative or regulatory reasons not attributable to Member misconduct, any withdrawable balance will be returned subject to standard verification procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk7apk holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your country of residence, including Indonesia, and that it is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with any applicable local laws before using the Platform.

zk7apk operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent or warrant that the use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. Access to the Platform is provided as a service to users who independently represent that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between a Member and zk7apk in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the Platform's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support as per Clause 15. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

zk7apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, zk7apk will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice displayed upon next login. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Clause 12. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
